RMD held it’s first ever Podium Project conditioning project for ’99 and ’00 YOB athletes.  Sixteen athletes attended the project in Colorado Springs, at the National Strength and Conditioning Center.  It was a great project.  The athletes learned about many things, such as, nutrition, introduction to Olympic lifting, balance, core and agility training.  Parents were …
